Delivered proposal management mentoring support for a small business in pursuit of an 8.1M Health and Human Services (HHS) contract to deliver Quality Improvement Organizational (QIO) Support; delivered extensive support that lead to contract award.

Delivered capture management and proposal management support for a small business in pursuit of a $429M IDIQ contract; secured teaming arrangements with all known companies that were pursuing the full and open contract, pursued the small business set aside contract; developed strategies to expand their corporate capacity in anticipation of award.  Results: Received ‘across the board’ blue and ‘low risk’ ratings for the proposal; award of a subcontract position on four IDIQ teams and award of the small business set aside IDIQ contract.  Subsequently awarded three task orders within first month of IDIQ contract — expanding the small business size by 1/3.
