Program Management Reviews
The PM reviews support execution of program management best practices, continuous process improvement, and implementation of quality principles. The QM Team will compare the PM Plan with the corresponding practices to ensure that the program team is adhering to the documented procedures and policies, and to examine the necessity for plan modifications. The QM Team will use collected metrics and performance measurement data to evaluate whether additional activities must be added to the PM Plan. If the program team is not following the procedures and policies outlined in the PM Plan, the QM Team will document the discrepancies and examine the necessity for modifying those plans and implementing quality improvements. If the plan modifications are necessary, , the QM Team will schedule a PM Plan Peer Review to evaluate the modifications.
