The service model provided by DCLC can be reduced to one phrase: “be helpful”. When DCLC is approached for support, we listen and determine what you need. If we believe we can offer something that will be of value to your organization, we will commit.
The contract established between your organization and DCLC is similar to an IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity) contract. Once the contract is in place, you send DCLC a task order. We integrate with your team, accomplish the task, confirm you have received what you need, and then stand down until the next task order arrives. DCLC only bills for time associated with the task order.
